The Y.S. Raj Global Mission was assembled in Honor and Memory of Suvarna Raj. His life long dream was to host evangelistic meetings in his hometown of Chittavaram, India, and in this way, to share the Gospel with anyone who was willing to hear it.  The organization is led by his daughter Sam Raj and her team whose focus and goal is to bring her late father’s dreams to fruition. 

The goal of this organization for 2009 is to travel to India with a group of missionaries and tackle specific problems in this poverty stricken area, such as unaffordable private education and assistance with health care issues. In addition to providing Vacation Bible School for the children of the village one of their long term goals involves the building of a church in this region.  With time, the Y.S. Raj Global Mission hopes to expand and reach other places in India and the world.  The  Mission Calendar is dedicated to helping the Y.S. Raj Global Mission raise money and gain public awareness for their trip to India with the 2009 Aid
to India Calendar.
