2010 Mission Trip to Honduras This summer August 5th to 16th 2010 we are taking a group of 25 young adults to Santa Barbara Honduras. Our project this year is to build a house for a family in need. We will also spend time with some amazing children from the Hogar de niños children’s home, taking them on day trips and having worship services with them, many great memories and friendships will be built here on this short term mission but will last a life time. Read more...   Video Announcement of i pod winner!   Southern Asian Health and Community Fair On May 31st 2009 The Mission Calendar Inc. visited The Southern Asian Church’s health and community fair. Great food, entertainment, and interesting booths from local businesses and organizations maintained a lively and exciting time throughout the whole day. The Mission Calendar inc. was on hand to share with the community information on future mission trip/ Volunteer opportunities and raise awareness in regards to service as a volunteer. We also raised money with an i pod raffle that many generous donors participated in to aid us in our organizing of future Mission/ Volunteer Projects. Read more...
