Each year The Mission Calendar Inc. compiles photos taken from our volunteer mission trips and transforms them into an artistic and memorable Calendar. Every year we choose a different photographer to capture the essence of the people, places and moments that shape these mission trips.
The Calendar is utilized as a fund raising tool to help us achieve our community development goals in each location we travel and help fund our volunteers so that they may come and share their construction, medical, social and other skills.
Available on our websites donation center and through volunteers participating in our Trips the Mission Calendar radicalizes the way awareness and funding for humanitarian aid is accomplished. We do hope you enjoy and thank you for your support.
This 2011 Calendar revisits the country of Honduras and the many beautiful attractions that it holds. From the people of Loma Larga where our construction project was held.
To The Hogar de Niños, a local children’s home where many affectionate memories where built. The journey to Loma larga is one that enough words can’t describe so we are happy that each Photo is worth a thousand.
Some memorable scenes though are the adults that where joyous to obtain employment via our construction project, the businesses in the little towns that benefit from our supply purchases, The children who came to visit us every day at our worksite and even passed bricks to help us and of course the beautiful mountainous scenery.
